Delivery and transfer of products

When ordering, you can choose the appropriate delivery method:

1. Estonia

1.1. Itella SmartPost – orders will be delivered to the location of the automated parcel terminal selected by the Customer when ordering. The cost of shipping of EUR 3.00 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. Delivery of goods to an automated parcel terminal takes place within 3 business days from when the money has reached the Seller’s bank account. Upon arrival of the products, an electronic notification of the door code is sent to the Customer (by SMS and/or by e-mail), which can be used for picking up the parcel from the automated parcel terminal.

1.2. Omniva automated parcel terminal – orders will be delivered to the location of the automated parcel terminal selected by the Customer when ordering. The cost of shipping of EUR 2.95 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. Delivery of goods to an automated parcel terminal takes place within 3 business days from when the money has reached the Seller’s bank account. Upon arrival of the products, an electronic notification of the door code is sent to the Customer (by SMS and/or by e-mail), which can be used for picking up the parcel from the automated parcel terminal.

2. Latvia

2.1. Omniva automated parcel terminal – orders will be delivered to the location of the automated parcel terminal selected by the Customer when ordering. The cost of shipping of EUR 3.30 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. Delivery of goods to an automated parcel terminal takes place within 12 business days from when the money has reached the Seller’s bank account. Upon arrival of the products, an electronic notification of the door code is sent to the Customer (by SMS and/or by e-mail), which can be used for picking up the parcel from the automated parcel terminal.

2.2. Omniva courier (Baltic) – orders are delivered by a courier to the address indicated on the order. The cost of shipping of EUR 4.90 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. In order to agree on the delivery time, the courier will contact the Customer using the contact phone number given when submitting the order. Delivery of goods takes place within 12 business days from when the money has arrived on the Seller’s bank account. All shipments are insured until the time of transfer to the Customer. The ordered goods are transferred only to the person indicated on the order upon submission of an identity document. Products are transferred to the Customer by a courier with a delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, it is recommended for the Customer to review the packaging of the products and, in case of any external injuries, add a note about this to the courier’s delivery note. If the Customer wants to replace the product with the damaged package by the courier company, the Customer will notify of this by e-mail at info@roosiait.ee or by contacting the Seller at +372 5190 0606.

3. Lithuania

3.1. Omniva courier (Baltic) – orders are delivered by a courier to the address indicated on the order. The cost of shipping of EUR 11.90 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. In order to agree on the delivery time, the courier will contact the Customer using the contact phone number given when submitting the order. Delivery of goods takes place within 12 business days from when the money has arrived on the Seller’s bank account. All shipments are insured until the time of transfer to the Customer. The ordered goods are transferred only to the person indicated on the order upon submission of an identity document. Products are transferred to the Customer by a courier with a delivery note. 4.1. Itella postal parcel (Economy) – orders are delivered to the post office nearest to the address indicated on the order. The cost of shipping of EUR 13.90 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. Delivery of goods takes place within 14 business days from when the money has arrived on the Seller’s bank account. A message will be sent to the Customer from the post office about the arrival of the package.

4.2. Itella SmartPost – orders will be delivered to the location of the automated parcel terminal selected by the Customer when ordering. The cost of shipping of EUR 14.00 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. Delivery of goods to an automated parcel terminal takes place within 14 business days from when the money has reached the Seller’s bank account. Upon arrival of the products, an electronic notification of the door code is sent to the Customer (by SMS and/or by e-mail), which can be used for picking up the parcel from the automated parcel terminal.

4.3. Itella courier (Express Flex) – orders are delivered by a courier to the address indicated on the order. The cost of shipping of EUR 20.00 per purchase will be added to the price of the products. The Customer will be notified of the dispatch of the goods to their e-mail address. Delivery of goods takes place within 12 business days from when the money has arrived on the Seller’s bank account. In order to agree on the delivery time, the courier will contact the Customer using the contact phone number given when submitting the order.

5. Other countries

5.1. Omniva mail order – Orders will be delivered to the postal address of the location indicated on the order. Delivery of goods takes place within 14 business days from when the money has arrived on the Seller’s bank account. A message will be sent to you from the post office about the arrival of the package.

Orders are delivered by a courier to the address indicated on the order. You will receive a notification by e-mail about the dispatch of the goods.
Delivery of goods takes place within 14 business days from when the money has arrived on the Seller’s bank account. To arrange a delivery time, the courier will contact you by phone.

When ordering, it is advisable to check the correctness of the contact information to be submitted in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. The Seller and the courier company are not responsible for the delay in delivering the products and the misunderstandings caused if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the Customer when making the order.
The products displayed in the Online Store are usually in stock. If the product is out of stock and the order can not be fulfilled, the Seller will inform the Customer using the contact telephone or e-mail within 2 business days from the entry into force of the Agreement and will propose a possible new delivery time or the replacement of the product with another equivalent product which has the same price and quality. If the Customer does not want a new or replacement product, the amount paid by the Customer (including the cost of shipping) will be returned within 14 days.

Customs and import duties

Shipping may be subject to various customs duties and import duties that must be paid upon the arrival of the parcel to the country of destination. These fees are payable by the receiver of the package. As tax and customs policies may vary greatly from country to country, we ask you to contact your local customs or tax office for further information.
